Li-ion 18650 13S6P battery, 48 V, 15.6 Ah (748.8 Wh), UN3480, class 9. Conformity is declared with, among others, Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 on batteries, RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.

Safe use

• Read the user manual supplied with the bicycle before first use.
• Charge only with the original charger supplied with the product.
• Do not charge the bicycle unattended, overnight or below 0°C.
• Do not use a damaged battery or a damaged charger.
• Protection rating IP54 means limited protection against dust and splashing water — do not immerse the bicycle or the battery in water, do not ride through deep water and do not wash with a pressure washer.
• Do not modify the electrical or mechanical system yourself.
• The product is intended for adults and for one rider. Maximum total load: 150 kg.
• Electrical assistance cuts off at 25 km/h. We recommend a helmet and compliance with traffic regulations.

Storage, transport and disposal

Store the battery in a dry place, out of the reach of children and away from heat sources. A damaged lithium-ion battery is dangerous goods (UN3480) — do not ship it yourself, contact service. A used battery must not be discarded with municipal waste — it must be handed over to a collection point for waste batteries and accumulators.

Commercial warranty and statutory warranty for defects

This commercial warranty for electric bicycles is described below. If a problem occurs during the warranty period that is not the result of human action, we will supply spare parts free of charge. After the warranty period, customers bear the cost of spare parts and the shipping fees. All electric bicycles we sell are new and fitted with original factory parts.

To help customers resolve accessory-related issues quickly, separately purchased accessories are sold at cost price. For this reason those accessories are not covered by this voluntary commercial warranty unless they are delivered damaged. Notwithstanding the above, consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty for defects in respect of all purchased products, including accessories.

Important note: used electric bicycles are not covered by this voluntary commercial warranty. Where used electric bicycles are sold to consumers, the seller's liability under the statutory warranty for defects is 1 year from the date the goods are delivered (Article 568 § 3 of the Polish Civil Code). Modified electric bicycles are not covered by the warranty to the extent that the defect arose as a result of the modifications made; rights under the statutory warranty for defects unrelated to the modification remain in force.

Warranty coverage

What the warranty does not cover

1. Damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions for use, maintenance or adjustment.
2. Problems caused by unauthorised disassembly, repair or modification, improper use, improper storage or accidents, as well as repair costs incurred at unauthorised workshops without prior consent.
3. Minor scratches and damage to the outer packaging during transport, provided they do not affect the functionality of the product. If the goods are damaged in transit, please contact customer service immediately.
4. Consumable parts: tyres, saddles, plastic components, brakes, brake discs and pads, brake cables, surface scratches. This exclusion does not limit the consumer's rights under the statutory warranty for defects.

Please contact us before returning any items so that the procedure can be agreed. This requirement does not apply to exercising rights under the statutory warranty for defects — a consumer has the right to file a complaint without the seller's prior consent.

Complaint handling time

The seller considers consumer complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. Failure to reply within that period means the complaint is deemed justified (Article 7a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014). The consumer will be informed of the outcome of the complaint electronically or in writing.

Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of taking possession of the goods (Article 27 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014). Detailed information, including the model withdrawal form, is available in the shop's terms and conditions or on the customer's request.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Take a photo or a short video clearly showing the problem.
2. Send a description of the problem together with the photos or videos, the order number and the place of purchase to [email protected].
3. Our team will assess the claim. If the problem is obvious, we will propose a solution without delay.
4. If necessary, we will provide diagnostic instructions — once we receive the results, we will propose a solution.
5. After verifying the order details and the delivery address, we will ship the necessary spare parts.

Basic rules

• 30 days to submit a return request — counted from the day the shipment is received. After that date a return is not possible.
• If the return results from the customer's decision, the customer covers the shipping cost. If the goods arrived damaged or not as ordered through our fault, the customer bears no shipping cost.
• Not eligible for return: products from unauthorised dealers, goods damaged by the user, special orders, gifts and free items, and accessories sold separately.
• Returns sent without prior consent will not be accepted — contact customer service first.
• Returns address: 21-100 Chełm. Notify us before sending the parcel — we will confirm the cost of reshipment.
• Once the goods are received and inspected, we process the return within 3 working days. Funds are usually back within 3–10 working days, in some cases up to 14 days.

Detailed terms

Reimbursement of repair costs

If the product turns out to be defective and was purchased within the last year from an authorised dealer, contact us with photos or a video — a remote solution is often possible. If not, we recommend a repair at a local bicycle workshop; we reimburse the cost of repairing a confirmed defect. A valid workshop invoice is required (handwritten invoices are not accepted), the reimbursed amount does not exceed twice the price of the parts used, and a given part may be replaced once.

Return shipment procedure

If our return label is attached to the shipment, the warehouse needs 5 working days to confirm the condition of the product, and the refund follows within a further 1–2 working days. If you ship the parcel yourself, send a photo of the waybill, the shipment number and the carrier name — the verification times are the same. If the condition of the product differs from the description, a corresponding percentage will be deducted from the refund, depending on the loss of value.
